Battlescene: Kuala Lumpur WW2

Kuala Lumpur did not escape WW2. I have some pictures here collected all through the net. Would love to tell and blog more as I am a keen student of history and have many things to share. but maybe when I have more time. When I really write, I can't stop. And I don't really have the time now, so just sharing this with Blog4FT readers.

Image caption: British soldiers running on what is now Jalan Raja, in front of Sultan Abdul Samad building. A building on the far side of Bangunan SUltan Abdul Samad is burning from Japanese bombing. Notice the two persons on the left side of the picture strolling as if nothing's happening. Cool!

Image caption: Japanese troops approaching the Railway Station (on the right) and what is now Bangunan KTMB on the left. Further part of Bangunan KTMB is on fire.

Image caption: Troops fighting on a KL street. Anybody knows which street this is?
